When you reach out to us, whether by phone, message, or email, our caring team will take the time to listen and understand your situation. We’ll gently guide you through what to expect, explain the process step by step, and help you find a time that feels right for you and your pet.
When it’s time to say goodbye, we take things at your pace. Your vet will explain every step of the process with care and patience, answering any questions you may have.
We will gently administer a calming sedative to help your pet relax. This stage is peaceful and designed to ease any anxiety and pain. Most pets drift off quietly into gentle sleep.
Once your pet is fully relaxed, the final treatment is given, a painless and gentle anaesthetic that allows their heart to softly stop. They pass away peacefully, surrounded by their family and their loved ones.
Every family’s wishes are different. Whether you would prefer a private cremation, companion cremation, or to keep your friend close at home, we can help guide you through your options with empathy and respect.
